Welcome. This is the ChosenHQ blog” a place where we write, somewhat coherently, about two things: the product we're building and the state of AI-driven recruiting.

You'll find a few flavors of post here:

• Product notes what we shipped, what we learned, and the occasional thing we got wrong before we got it right.
• The state of things where AI-driven recruiting actually is right now, separated from where Twitter says it is.
• Field notes conversations with recruiters, hiring managers, and operators using this stuff for real work, not demos.

We try to be useful first and clever second. Sometimes we manage both. Sometimes neither. The internet is a forgiving place.
